I’ve been trying to support smaller businesses whenever I can for a while, but during lockdown especially. Inspired by my lovely friend Emily at EcoFriendlyEmily I thought I’d share with you some of my favourite Etsy shops! Having a list of go-to Etsy shops or other small businesses is very handy when it comes to shopping for birthdays or (I know it’s only June but) Christmas shopping!
Vegan Bunny co | Thame, England
These vegan candles are crafted with soy wax and essential oils, the perfect gift for – well, anyone. You really can’t go wrong with a candle! I especially love these copper containers, ideal for adding to your desk or fireplace.
Battle Green Box | Caernarfon, Wales
If you are looking for some zero waste goodies; this shop is ideal! An added bonus that this shop is based in my favourite place – North Wales. From shopping bags to shampoo bars, they have so many eco-friendly options. They also ship all of their orders in completely plastic free packaging.
Old English Co. | Stamford, England
I’m a sucker for typography and this shop has some great hand lettered prints, pins and more. A great go-to for gifting!

This shop is owned by artist Angie Spurgeon and is filled with gorgeous floral / wildlife designs that have so much detail, you could easily end up getting lost in them. I particularly love the gift wrap – it makes me want to gift wrap EVERYTHING.
